The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 150 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Lash Lifts, Brow Tints, Full Facial Threading, and more. We are looking for an Experienced/Trained Lash Technicians to join our team. You MUST still be WILLING to accept training/coaching with the Lash Lounge standards (Without Exception) due to our commitment to our franchise standards of quality/customer service we intend to provide. - A built-in book of leads (500)/Marketing and Advertising by Trained Marketing Associates
- Willingness to market yourself and team with management to grow business. Willingness to accept corporate standards as an artist that comply with Lash Lounge.
- Discounts on services and retail products
- Possible compensation as much as $80,000 per year + Tips

- You MUST have a Nevada License in Esthetics or Cosmetology for employment
Our ideal Lash Artist has at 1-2 years experience and:
- Work 30-40 hours per week is mandatory.
- Work independently in a team environment
- Accomplish franchise Lash Artist requirements
- Highly motivated, personable, and willing to take your expertise to the next level
- Can you work as the best and perform as the best?
Must have a Cosmetology or Esthetics license.
Required Skills of a Lash Technician:

Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license/Nevada Required
- 1+ years minimum as a Lash Technician required. Are you willing to buy in to this company? If not, we wish you the best.

Willing to work weekends and evenings; recommended Sundays to grow book of business
- Must complete all Lash Lounge Training regardless of previous experience. Are you still willing to learn? This includes all aspects of the position. If you are beyond learning techniques and business; please seek other opportunities.
